And griffons have been dropping really well for me. I may be slow but I've been getting nice drops. I got a max def gold req 10 tactics Shield of the Wing Health +33 (enchanted). It's my new shield.

lol, yes that's what i thought, they monitor me and they can see: OMG this person has farmed a hell outta those griffons, he will not get any more gold items anymore LOL.

I've actually noticed that if I solo the griffins on my ranger, who can only take 1 group at a time, I get really, really nice drops. When I take the whole map at once on my W/Mo I get average to crappy drops. Still, I make more money overall on the W/Mo, so if that's your goal don't feel discouraged by an apparent lack of good drops. My goal has always been to unlock stuff or pass some time, though, so I don't do the W/Mo farming anymore since coming up with my ranger's build.
